At Autowerk Engines, we want you to shop with confidence. If there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided that the item:

• Has not been installed or used.

• Is returned in its original condition and packaging.

• Includes all supplied parts and accessories.

• Has been approved by our team before being returned.

Please contact us before sending any item back, as unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that original shipping costs are non refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged upon arrival.
