Dispatch cut off

Orders confirmed before 14:00 CET on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that, or at the weekend, are dispatched the next working day.

How we pack

Engines and gearboxes are drained, sealed at every opening, strapped to a heat-treated pallet and shrink-wrapped. Cylinder heads and open faces are protected with board and foam. Every crate is photographed before it leaves the yard, and those photographs form part of your order record.

Because these are forwarding shipments rather than parcels, the carrier delivers to a kerbside or loading bay. Please make sure a forklift, pallet truck or engine crane is available at the delivery address.

Tracking

You receive a tracking reference by email as soon as the pallet is collected, and the carrier contacts you to arrange a delivery window.

Damage in transit

Inspect the pallet before you sign. If the wrapping or crate is damaged, note it on the carrier’s paperwork and photograph it before unwrapping, then contact us the same day. We handle the claim with the carrier, you do not have to.

Customs & duties

Shipments within the EU move freely with no duty. For non EU destinations, import duty and VAT are payable by the recipient. We supply full commercial invoices and, where applicable, preferential origin documentation.
